This Gem comes with a privacy fence & 2 Car Garage, Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, free high-speed Wifi, alarm & TVs with Disney plus/Hulu/Espn/Netflix/Live TV. Enjoy a family fun game night in our entertainment area equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, arcade game machines, GIANT board games, regular board games, card games, corn hole set & indoor/outdoor basketball. Just Fun! Fun!! Fun!!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please treat our home as if it's your own by keeping up with cleaning. Place all trash in bag & take out trash, wash used dishes, strip used beds & put all used linen & towels in a pile.
You can leave unopened products in refrigerator/freezer/cabinets. Lock back doors & Exit ONLY out the front entrance. Put all gaming accessories either in their own bag or leave in/on game.
Send message letting us know you have checked out, It’s a fee of $50 For every 30 minutes late. Failure to complete these checkout steps will result in an additional fee being charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Treat home as your own by keeping up with cleaning, throwing away trash, washing dishes, etc. Not following this may result in a $100-$300 fee
Indoor smoking is allowed with prior request for a $200 fee. Outdoor smoking is allowed for free. Evidence of smoking inside is a $500 fee.
Parties/Events/Gatherings are Additional; Allowed with approval only. Fees start at $150. Unauthorized will result in fees starting at $500

We stayed 3 days.... Myself, my daughter and my 4 grandchildren!!! The gaming area was EVERYTHING. Everyone had an AMAZING TIME.It was the perfect space for the occasion!

Handicapper

Clean and roomy for my group. My only concern was the outside steps, without a handrail the stairs weren't easy for my mom. Next visit i will request handicap accommodations. All and all really enjoyed the stay.

The property itself was very nice. Comfortable furnishings, nice amenities. Property manager was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was sketchy with several rundown houses and a couple of vacant, boarded up houses. The house next door had several broken windows and an untended lawn. The inhabitants of that house were noisy. But overall it was a very nice house for the weekend and suited our purposes.

Loved the Game Room

We stayed here for a week and a half. The rental was almost perfect for us. It was in the center of all the activities we were attending in the Detroit area. The game room was excellent for when we had downtime and we loved all the modern conveniences. Really the only downside was where it was located. There wasn't a grocery store close or at least we didn't find one. There were lots of little kids running around so we had to drive very slowly coming in or leaving. The narrow roads always had cars stopping to talk to people so it wasn't good to be in a hurry. Otherwise it was excellent.
