Also 12 min. away from the ferry you can take to visit Vieques or Culebra. 25 minutes to Seven Seas and Las Croabas. You are just a click away to enjoy the getaway you deserve.

IMPORTANT to Know:
The apartment does not offer a power generator in case of a power outage. We do provide flashlights.

Also in case water interruption Costa Brava complex is not equipped with water tanks.

We let the pool/gym keys in the key lock
for the guest to use.If these keys are lost the guest must pay a $150 fee.

Also if you need to buy tickets for the ferry and can’t do it online, let us know, we can buy them for you. TWO SETS OF STAIRS ARE TAKEN TO ARRIVE IN THE CONDO

Very responsive host, believe the welcome package is a bit intimidating at one point I almost cancel and stay at a hotel. We went forward the place was clean, love the terrace and all the snacks. One night we returned late and the gate was not working and for an hour waited outside till we decide to jump the fence, walked to the house get the side door key and return to open for an old lady. Other than that we enjoy our stay.

This property was ideal for us. We were near family, beach, El Yunque, marinas, ferry to Culebra and restaurants. Nothing in walking distance. Property felt safe with a gated security, pool and small gym. Rooftop sitting area was nice with beautiful views.

Great base for relaxing and exploring

Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.

Perfect Spot

We stayed in Ceiba because we were doing scuba in Fajardo. This was the perfect lo ation. The condo itself is quite large. The rooftop terrace is amazing to sit and read or lay in the sun. Winnie was easy to communicate with and answered any question we had.

Nice place for a relaxing time with family

Nice appartment in a gated community. The pool is great, security staff is nice, there's also a basketball court and tennis court. The apartment is clean is very comfortable. The town is a bit isolated, but that's ok if you're seeking some relaxation and quiet.
