Perfect vacation spot!

This rental was perfect for our vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone. It had a beautiful view of the lake. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed out time there.

Amazing property

This tranquil and beautiful property is located on the slopes of the mountains surrounding Bear Lake. The views of the blue lake from the deck are amazing. There’s plenty of room for large groups. We had ten and it accommodated us nicely. Owner was responsive to all messages. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the beach club amenities were dated and very crowded but we were there for Pioneer Day weekend. Conversely, the marina was very easy to access for our watercraft. Overall, our stay was tremendous.

We had a great time. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was very well stocked. We took advantage of the access to Ideal Beach to play pickleball and enjoy the lake.

We loved our stay. The access to Ideal Beach was what made this an incredible stay for our family. The kids loved the jet ski rentals at the beach. They loved the pool. When they got cold in the lake they would go to the hot tub to warm up. They house was big enough for everyone in my family to have a comfortable bed. Thank you!

Firepit And A View

We stayed over the 4th of July with family age range between 3 years and 78 years. The house and area had a little bit for everyone. Many stairs!The house is basically brand new! Excellently stocked, clean & comfortable. The Owners were good communicators about expectations, process and answered any questions. The back deck w/ firepit and L-couch was ideal for mornings & evenings. The fireworks were visible here and there, but very quite overall. Make sure to ask about kitchen gadgets the house might already have, like an ice cream maker and 3 different size crockpots. Even had a charcuterie board, plastic dishes at child height, and a grill plus a smoker. Outside downstairs is a cornhole set under a covered deck. Master bed is foam. Shampoo/Conditioner provided is good stuff. Has laundry soap and dryer sheets. Lake life theme throughout the house is simple and works well! The house has easy access to the Ideal beach resort. Make sure to bring your own water toys, chairs, umbrella, pickleball rackets, etc. as the only thing supplied at the house is towels. Resort had many holiday activities we could participate in along with a concert in Garden City. Get a strawberry shake from the many options. Basic restaurants. One store for souvenirs, reasonably priced. The resort has water craft for rent, Life vests come w/ motorized toys, Mini golf requires a ticket that you need to get at the store. Definitely bring water shoes for the beach! Great family vaca spot!
