This is a relaxing seasonal rental with a minimum of 28 day stay. One of the last golf rentals only 4 miles from old town.
It's all about the views. Sunny and Bright, 2 bed, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo with vaulted ceiling overlooking our updated 27 hole championship golf course in a private, gated community offer 1 outside and 1 garage parking space. Price includes VRBO booking fee. Renter pays transfer fee and social or golf membership. Transfer fee is $750.. Golf membership is approximately $500/ month. Social membership has no monthly charge.
Newly added creature comforts are a new king mattress in the Master bedroom, 70" LG TV in the living room for and a 30" dual monitor in a new office style den, just off the guest bed with "height adjustable" desk to "work from home".

The location is the best. It is the only championship 27 hole golf course this close to downtown Naples. About 4 miles. 4.5 miles to the beach.
