Bayshore Breeze is a beautiful condo in the secure gated community of Botanical Place, just minutes from downtown Naples, and the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf Coast. Newly updated and completely re-decorated, it is a tranquil oasis, perfect for your vacation, staycation, or somewhere to work from ‘home’. Located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator), the screened balcony has a lush, botanical view and feels like you are sitting in the tree canopy, watching the tropical birds & butterflies.

You will have access to the amenities of Botanical Place Community, including the heated pool and spa, fitness room, and the Club House has a great living area with free wifi, sofas, Cable TV, Enclosed Lanai for outdoor dining.
Naples Botanical Gardens, the Hamilton Marina area, Bay View Park and the shopping and dining on 5th and 3rd Avenue, are all within a 10 minute drive.

As you enter the condo you will immediately feel the serenity and calmness that the owners have created. The first of the guest bedrooms is immediately on your left, behind a super cute barn-style door, and features a queen bed, closet, and TV. The second bed bedroom is opposite, also with a queen bed, TV and closet space for your clothes.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and we provide bath, hand and face towels, a starter amount of shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as a hairdryer for your use.

The open concept kitchen and living area is double aspect and is perfect for socializing whilst making breakfast or a home cooked meal.

The screened balcony is accessed from the living area and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Or let’s be honest - an afternoon nap, some chilled time with a book, or any other tie of the day.

The kitchen is well equipped with all you should need for your vacation, or a longer stay. All the main appliances are there, plus many smaller ones, including a Keurig and regular coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle and more.

The dining table seats 4 and is also a great spot to work from, if you need to. Alternatively, relax on the sofa, put your feet up and get lost in a movie or your favorite show, when not out exploring the local area, or splashing about in the community pool.

The master bedroom is light and spacious, with a king bed, ample closet space, TV and a private bathroom with walk in shower.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as a clothes steamer, and this is where you will find the beach/pool towels for those sunny Florida days. There are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler for your use.

There is parking available and the community is very secure.

Guests will have access to the entire condo (there is one locked owners closet), and the Botanical Place amenities - pool, fitness centre, club house, etc.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

The location is central to most of Naples attractions. The city is renowned for stunning beaches and sunsets, magnificent waterfront homes, world class dining and shopping, a vibrant arts scene and abundant outdoor activities. At Botanical Circle, you are just a short drive from downtown Naples, shops, restaurants and bars and, of course, the beaches. If you are a golfer, you will have plenty of exceptional courses to choose from. There are nearby supermarkets for everyday essentials. The Botanical Gardens are definitely worth a visit!

Within the community, you will be approximately a 5 minute walk from the pool and the fitness centre.
Outside of the community, you will need a car (although there are good Lyft and Uber services in the area).

There is easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north, Downtown Naples close by, and Marco Island to the south.

**PLEASE NOTE** As with most gated communities in Naples, all renters are required to complete a Renter Agreement, plus an Application. Once approved, this allows for an entry pass through the gate, a parking pass as well as entry passes to the amenities There is a processing fee of $100pp (or per married couple) which you will pay directly to the Community association and is not included in this booking fee. We cannot 100% confirm the booking until the application has been approved by the association, but your dates will be held until that is confirmed).
This property is in a gated community and they require an application form, and an application fee submitted 20 days in advance of your proposed check-in date. We will provide you with a the lease agreement and any further instructions. The application fee is $150 per application. This is paid directly to the community association via an online process. There is also a $75 background check for each adult listed on the lease. This process must be completed and asap in order to 100% confirm your booking as the community will not allow access without approval.

Minimum booking age is 25. The primary renter must be present for the booking.

You must check in upon arrival at the community and also check out when departing on your final day.

No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises.

This home is a private residential community and we ask that you respect the neighbors and community. Please keep noise down before 8am & after 10pm.

No pets allowed.

We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online, and at the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
