Great location, fancy setting

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was clean and fancy, there was enough place to park extra cars, the neighborhood was calm and close to the downtown. We will book again! Thank you

Not what I expected

The condo was nice and had lots of space. There was dust and dead bugs in the windows and corners. There were no privacy blinds or curtains in the dining area and the glass doors there made us feel exposed. Only one bedroom had curtains and the sun coming up bright and early was a harsh wake up early on our "relaxing" vacation. There was no internet for 2 days which made it difficult to enjoy movies and shows together as my siblings and I put together puzzles and chatted. The contact person told me to "use my phone as a hot spot" in response to my frustration. Not impressive or kind at all. Over all, my sisters and I would give 3 out of 5 stars. The information online stated there was a pool and there is not - false advertising? We will find a different property for our relaxing week next year.

Hello Jamie, Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the dirt on the window sill, had this issue been brought to my attention, I would have addressed it immediately. As for the blinds, I've received mixed reviews from guests about them, so I appreciate your input, and I'll consider it moving forward. Concerning the internet issues, I understand how frustrating that can be. The provider was indeed experiencing problems with the entire building. I contacted them as soon as I was aware, and they were dispatched the next morning to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, these types of problems are sometimes beyond my immediate control, but I did everything I could to ensure it was fixed promptly. Throughout your stay, I made it a priority to be attentive and responsive to all your requests, and I hope that effort was apparent.
