Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before you go, please take care of a few things so we can ready the property for our next guests.
Take out the Trash Remove all extra food Load & Start Dishwasher DO NOT strip the beds, Bring all towels to the laundry area but do not start the laundry
If anything is damaged, please let us know. We have insurance on your stay so its very unlikely you will be chaged for damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Please consider this before making your reservation.
