The unit looked exactly like the photos and had good air conditioning, and you do have a peak view of the ocean, which were the only positive aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised. The listing promised Wi-Fi, but the connection was extremely poor and unreliable—we couldn’t even check emails or stream TV without constant interruptions. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay. Showers were room temp, at best. We reported these issues to the reception staff twice but were met with blank stares. We messaged the host, who never bothered to respond, so these problems were unresolved. After arriving home, the host contacted us, wanting us to pay for an additional day claiming we stayed longer. This was based on incorrect information from the front desk, adding unnecessary stress. Heads up, bring your own drinking water and towels. The tap water is unsafe to drink and water is not provided. The room towels were few and threadbare. Overall, this property did not deliver on its advertised amenities, and the lack of responsiveness from both staff and host was very disappointing.
