About this property

WALK to Lake Michigan AND Saugatuck ~ Includes Bicycles!

Spotless and exceptionally charming, this home is located a very short (1 mile) walk or bike ride to Lake Michigan's Douglas Beach. 900 sq. ft. Two bedrooms. Two baths. Large private deck which is colorfully furnished, completely surrounded by pine trees and adorned with plants and flowers.

Saugatuck is the 'Art Coast', so we have decorated with original artwork in every room - pieces we have collected on travels to Australia and various countries in Africa and Asia.

During the evening, come home and relax in your 6 person hot tub (May through October) while you watch the fireflies and listen to bell practice, provided by your next door neighbors at the beautiful Douglas Community Church.

The property was better in person than in the pictures! The deck is the star of the show! We were out there at all times of the day in July, and it was always cool and pleasant. We saw deer multiple times, and it was such a peaceful place to enjoy on our vacation!

This was the second time we stayed here for our sisters' summer get together and again, we were not disappointed! After settling in we all remarked how clean and bright everything looked. We love the location; we are near everything we like to do. And it's a quiet neighborhood! The two younger sisters were attracted to this site originally because of the hot tub and bikes--but we were too busy for them to even enjoy them! Maybe next time we'll have to book for an additional night.

The duplex unit was very clean, a well stocked kitchen as well as an available hot tub and gas grill. Quiet neighborhood close to lake Michigan and close to the main strip in Saugatuck. Close to Holland for those that want to visit the famous windmill and Dutch Village. Julie was easy to work with and we would recommend this property.
