Adorable pet-friendly cottage within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer. Main room offers a gas fireplace, TV and full kitchen with a pull-out loveseat and space to dine. Queen bed in bedroom, ensuite bath with shower and laundry room. A/C, ceiling fans & shady setting. Private parking and outdoor garden area. Perfect stay for a couple + pets. Be sure to take advantage of the popular restaurant The Southerner right next door. The restaurant can be quite busy in the summer so there's fantastic people watching from your private patio but it ends service at 10pm so no late night noise or commotion.

Loved the cottage feel for this solo trip. Walkable to downtown and the best southern food next door. The space was very clean and comfy bed. Love the modern kitchen area. I would definitely come back!

This was our second time staying at the Roost and it was just as perfect as last time! The house itself is so comfortable and quiet while also being so conveniently located to everything downtown. Check in was easy, it was very clean, and Amy is a fantastic host!

I have stayed at TheRoost several times. It is the cutest place. So clean. Perfectly appointed. Great location. And a very responsive and pleasant host! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in saugatuck!

Everything was clean and cozy. Plenty of sheets, towels and everything we needed! Easy walk into town and very convenient to be able to eat at The Southerner. Very quiet and we can't wait until next time!

What a wonderful home away from home! Perfectly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Bed and bedding was very comfortable too! Amy was very easy to communicate with! Don’t be fooled when you pull up into the Southerner parking lot! This home is quietly tucked away and we were never disturbed by any noise or traffic at all! Having laundry in house was perfect too! Came home with all our clothes clean! Walking distance to downtown (about .5 miles one way) and close to so much! We loved our stay at The Roost and will definitely come back! Pati (Willowbrook IL)

Perfect cottage getaway! Clean, updated amenities, and quiet location. There is a very good restaurant next to the cottage, but you’d never know! Very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful Historic district with gorgeous homes. Very walkable. Will definitely revisit!

The size was perfect for my adult daughter and I for a few days. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was nice to have a Keurig and coffee pot, with coffee supplied for each. We even used the fireplace one night! Great location! Easy 10 minute walk to town, and far enough away that it was quiet. We took the Chain Ferry in town to get across the river to lots of hiking trails and Oval Beach. Thanks for making our first time to Saugatuck so enjoyable!
