Located just steps from Downtown, the Plaza Villas community is a desirable neighborhood that will have you coming back year after year.
This upstairs unit provides amazing mountain views and plenty of sunlight. Balconies off the living room and bedroom offer a nice outdoor/indoor living set up to enjoy the cool desert air for optimal relaxation. The community offers a large swimming pool and tennis courts for the active traveler. For those who like a nice morning walk to get coffee or lunch you picked the right place. Although you're just a quick drive in the car for groceries or other shopping interests.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
