About this property

Ocean view cottage at St. Peter’s Bay

A true Prince Edward Island experience. Nestled in a small cottage community with its own private beach. Our cottage is located on rustic red dirt road only 25min from Charlottetown in St. Peter’s Bay.

Close to many amenities the North Shore of the island has to offer. We are minutes from one of the island’s premier golf courses, Nordic spa and wellness center, as well as Greenwich Park.

The reason we love this spot, and you will too, is our beach. A short 5min walk away, there are three access point through the dunes leading to the white sand beach. The beach is private to our community, very peaceful and directly across the bay we have beautiful views of Greenwich National Park. Great for sunsets and endless relaxation; or the perfect spot to bring your paddle board or kayak for a tour around the bay.

Loved this house! Very neat and clean and I appreciated the fact that it had everything we needed. Drawers were not overflowing with excessive utensils! lol. The beach is one of the best on the North shore and very friendly community. Hosts were prompt with response to questions and check in and out were simple.

There’s a community access path to the beach a short walk down the road that isn’t well marked so I’ve included a picture for reference. Note that owner does not want fish cooked inside so if that’s on your menu - use the BBQ. Also of note - no dishwasher or oven (has Ninja air fryer). Overall a very clean, well priced and comfortably appointed cottage. We recommend!

Great cottage

Clean and well maintained cottage with all the essentials. Bathroom and shower were a nice size and the towels were of excellent quality. Large outdoor space, lots of sand toys and walking proximity to the beach/bay. Close to several amenities (groceries, food trucks, parks, splash pads) in the nearby town. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again in the future.

This lovely cottage is located very close to beautiful beaches and has everything you need for a great holiday just relaxing or entertaining family. The lawn, deck, and deck furniture make it very enjoyable for outdoor activities. The cottage itself is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. It is decorated beautifully with a beach theme and very comfortable. The view is wonderful. Marc was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We will stay again. Thank you!

A bit disappointing

The windows were not clean. I even washed the window in the door. Not a good thing to see upon arrival. It smelled musty, so we had to air the place out. Saw some dust bunnies. Grill lighter wouldn’t work & there were no matches. We bought a lighter & left it in the drawer.
