The perfect home for indoor/outdoor living.
The home opens to a large living room which extends to a large deck with views of the Griffith Observatory and Hollywood Sign.
Both bedrooms have Queen size beds.

Guests have access to the entire home and should take advantage of the three fruit trees on the property including Meyer lemon, mandarin orange and loquat.

The Hyperion House is located less than one block away from Restaraunts like Cafe Stella, Tartine, Pine & Crane.
