This cute two bedroom 1 bathroom private apartment is located in the hip and sunny Mission district. The apartment is fully furnished with tasteful furniture including 2 queen sized beds laminate floors in bedrooms, flat screen Smart TV for streaming, sofa, etc. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and includes all kitchen utensils. There is also a beautiful shared backyard patio and garden area which includes a BBQ grill.

The Mission district is a diverse and vibrant neighborhood with lots a great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Nearby hotspots include: Foreign Cinema, Delfina, Bi-Rite creamery and sunny Dolores Park.

We have another 1 bedroom 1 bath in the same building if you are a larger party or if you might need less space! (SEE VRBO #320291)

PARKING Please note: This is your own private garage spot that leads directly into the apartment. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: The garage is very small and you must drive in carefully as it is a tight fit. It will accommodate a small to mid size car and depending on the size of your car you may have to exit on passenger side. When I lived at this property I parked my Audi A 6 in the garage but had to put down the side mirror and exit on the passenger side. I know this is not ideal but like many garages in San Francisco it was built with very little space. It's nice to have but just wanted to be upfront about the garage size. Also the garage is controlled by keypad.

Great stay at Brian's place

My wife and I stayed at Brian's 2 bedroom place and it was a great experience and great price, especially for the location. It is in the heart of the mission district and so close to the ever popular Dolores park and tons and tons of restaurants. We would def. stay again if given the opportunity!

Clean and Comfortable

two bedroom apt in the Mission

This clean two bedroom apt met our needs perfectly - two comfortable queen beds and a blow-up queen mattress in the closet along with extra sheets and pillows, an adequate kitchen with large table, bath with shower, comfortable sectional in the living room (couch better for sleeping than blow-up mattress), outdoor patio with barbecue that we didn't use as it was raining. Photos give a good view of its casual (not fancy) nature. Brian and Leah were very responsive especially as the lock on the front door is a bit tricky at first.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Excellent location. Brian was extremely helpful with providing information on the apartment and things to see, eat and do in the area and San Francisco at large. Had a wonderful stay, NO ISSUES at all. If i am ever back this way again, I will have my fingers crossed this is apartment is available.

Great Stay in the Mission

The apartment was well set up - fully equipped, clean and well maintained. Easy access to the BART and other transit. It was a very comfortable place and the bonus was the washer/dryer - since we needed clean clothing during this leg of our holiday. Would highly recommend.

Parfait rapport qualité/prix - Annonce sérieuse

Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix pour cette annonce : Brian est bien le propriétaire de cet appartement, il habite le quartier, nous l'avons même rencontré en cours de séjour : très sympa. Dès le séjour réservé, il envoie une documentation explicative très claire pour accéder à l'appartement (il n'est pas forcément présent à l'arrivée) : c'est un système de boîte codée accrochée à la porte d'entrée qui permet de prendre les clés. On les remet en partant. L'appartement est conforme et très confortable, bien équipé : avec des ustensiles et une VRAIE table pour manger à la française ;) . Supermarché à 2 pas. Beaucoup de documentations à disposition dans la maison (plans...). La rue est calme et bien fréquentée (selon nous, "Mission Street/16th Street" l'est moins le soir, mais on n'est pas obligés d'y passer). Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Caution rendue dans la semaine suivant le séjour. Précision : aucun parking disponible dans la rue : nous nous sommes déplacés en bus (MUNI) et métro : pratiques et pas chers.

Excellent choice in the Mission

This was our third trip to San Fran and our first stay in the Mission. Money was definitely a huge part of our choice being that the four of us who went are all school teachers. We were not disappointed. The accommodations were excellent with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom just the right size to get all of us ready to explore the city. Nice patio and great to have washer and dryer on site. The apt was close to the golden gate park but a pretty good bus ride to the wharf. Again, this small inconvenience was worth the lower accommodation cost. The owner, Brian, was extremely helpful and even found a way to help us store our bags until our late night flight back home. This is a great place to call home while in the beautiful city of San Francisco. Thanks again!

Best location in the Mission District

Can´t beat the location, the price, or the host. Every imaginable cool location in the Mission is within few minutes of walking distance. Even the best gym in the city (Mission Cliff) is 5 minutes away. I will be back!!

Great SF Location-Close to everything

This spacious Apt is nestled right between upper Mission and Valencia streets. Close to BART, Muni, and restaurants of every ethnicity. I also loved seeing all of the neighborhood Art. We loved the Apt, nice refuge after a long day of site seeing. Easy to cook our own food too w/ a nice kitchen and all of the necessary kitchen tools, etc. I would stay here again.

Short stay

Our stay was problem free. Close to BART, saw a part of San Francisco we had not yet seen. Apartment clean and as described. Owner helpful. Would recommend 2 restaurants not on Brian's list. Lolos and Radish (right down the street). Would surely stay there again.

Perfect!

Brian's place is great! The interior is wonderfully updated with a beautiful full-kitchen that comes in very handy if you choose to not venture out to try some of the fabulous places to eat in the Mission. This apartment is pretty much close to everything you could ask for...park, pubs, cafes, markets...you name it, it's nearby. Brian was SO quick to respond to my emails for questions I had and was so courteous...I felt like I was emailing a friend. When we come back to SF, I would absolutely stay here again...no hesitations.

Great location, spacious and relaxing home

I just came back from weekend trip with friends in San Francisco, and we couldn't have picked a better spot in terms of price, location and amenities. Brian, the owner, is a great host and very accommodating. He keeps an extremely comfortable, spacious, safe and secure place, perfect for 3-4 people. The rental is in perfect walking distance to everything you want to visit and the restaurants and bars in the Mission District. It's also in great walking distance from the BART. We found getting around town to be tremendously easy.

I chose the Mission because of it's diverse and vibrant neighborhood. There are few places in the World where you can find amazing taquerias, Mediterranean food, Asian markets, craft cocktails, Eithopian restaurant, and Peruvian crafts store, all on the same block! Plus there is an a brand new Alamo Drafthouse 3 blocks away.

What makes this property unique

Guests will be 1 block away from Valencia Street and some of the best restaurants and shopping in San Francisco. Art lovers will appreciate the vibrant and colorful street murals that define the neighborhood.
