House with 4 suites in a gated beachfront community - Guaratuba

Some steps across the lawn and you will be one of the best beaches on the north coast of São Paulo (12 km after the Riviera de São Lourenço), an Atlantic forest area completely preserved and listed by IBAMA. The beach is flat, ideal for sports such as tennis, jogging, cycling. The sea is calm and clean. The 200 meters is the river Guaratuba, clean and perfect water for a bath of fresh water and the practice of sports such as stand up paddle and kayak.
