About this property

House with 3 suites, all with air conditioning and fan. One bedroom has a queen bed, another bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a bunk bed.

Fitted kitchen with household items including dishwasher, microwave and hob. Television with SKY channels.

The house is ground floor with ample lawn in the social area. The condo is gated, with security and concierge 24 hours, with wonderful beach service and restaurant.

Inside the condo there is court and pool.

- Beach house is for fun and also for caring. Then we ask the following guests:
"Turn off the lights and air-conditioning as you leave the rooms.
- Turn on the dehumidifier after leaving the house at the end of the stay.
- Do not get wet or dirty with sand in the house.
- Smoking is allowed only in the outside area of ​​the house (balcony).
"Bring your bathing and bedding for hygiene.
- After finishing the accommodation you need to leave the house clean, which includes washing the dishes and leaving the kitchen trash and toilets in the bin in front of the house.

A casa, apesar de pequena, de um layout com um excelente aproveitamento de espaço. O condomínio é perfeito para quem tem crianças, pois é seguro, frente para a praia, com piscina, salão de jogos e várias outras crianças que brincam tranquilamente pelo condomínio.

A casa é bem equipada e charmosa. Camas super confortáveis, ótimos chuveiros. Tivemos pequenos percalços que logo foram resolvidos pelo zelador do condomínio. A proprietária é muito rápida e eficiente nas respostas. Fiquei uma semana com minha família por lá e foi uma delícia. Vale mencionar que a casa fica num condomínio de casas germinadas, o que pode dar a sensação de menos privacidade. E o bar da piscina está desativado. Mas no geral vale muito a estadia.

Casa e condomínio incríveis!

O condomínio Costa Smeralda é um show: além de Barra do Una ser a melhor praia do litoral norte, ele fica no canto direito da praia, bem protegido da agitação! Para os pequenos além da praia e da piscina, ainda tem quadra infantil, brinquedoteca e muita criança para brincarem juntos. A casa da Carolina é uma graça, bem cuidada e com muito capricho. Chuveiros ótimos, ar condicionado funcionando, só elogios!

Condomínio muito bom para crianças!

À praia é excelente, o condomínio é muito bom para as crianças mas a casa fica um pouco pequena para 8 pessoas, principalmente quando chove e todos ficam na casa! A casa está reformada e muito bem conservada. Tudo funciona muito bem. A única observação é que as 3 suítes são apertadas, sem espaço e local para tirar a roupa da mala, mas sinceramente o quarto é o lugar que ficamos menos tempo!

A casa está impecável, recomendo a todos! Os utensílios domésticos são novos, tudo muito limpo e organizado, e a área externa do jardim muito agradável para um churrasco! O condomínio também é sensacional, com funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. As crianças se divertiram muito na praia, na piscina e na quadra. Com certeza voltarei!

Localização excelente, praia maravilhosa e lugar muito agradável, mas a higiene deixa a desejar

Adoramos o condomínio e a praia, uma delícia! Mas infelizmente a higiene e conservação da casa não foi como esperado. Encontramos baratas pela casa, uma das camas de casal muito desconfortável, o forro do sofá extremamente sujo e algumas telas de proteção contra insetos das janelas estavam estragadas.
