We believe the best vacation is one that takes you away from home but has the feeling of home! The coast beach of Bermuda is just a short walk from the back of house (120ft) no vehicle traffic to disturb your peaceful day on the beach and no fighting the crowds for a spot for your umbrella.
The Bermuda Bungalow is fully equipped, adorably decorated, beach view vacation home, that sleeps 8 comfortably.
The deck is hugh, living area is airy and the view is amazing, The master bedroom queen bed has French doors for a fantastic view of the ocean, The 2nd bedroom has queen bunk bed, The bungalow offers Xfinity Gateway wi-fi.
Bermuda Bungalow comes with dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, grill, linens, towels, and two covered entertainment areas.
The main floor has a 600sq. ft covered deck with a gate, making this a great place to entertain or hang out in the heat of the day or cool nights. It is fully equipped with lounge chairs, tables and chairs. This deck is so comfortable you may want to just sleep outside! The downstairs has a covered entertaining area with 2 swings, table and BBQ grill.
We have storage for golf clubs, water toys, and a laundry room with full size washer & dryer, along with a cute 1/2 bath. The outside shower is the best, enclosed with both warm & cold water.
A very comfortable and affordable beach house for a weekend, week or a month!
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $75 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up when using the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Add pet fee when booking. This house is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. Please take it outside!
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean the house smelled. Other beach houses in the past just smelled musty. The house was very clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. We were just steps from the beach and only 10 minutes from the seaswall. From checkin to checkout, Jeanette was a wonderful host. She answered all of our questions promptly, via text, and offered plenty of assistance. We will definitely book with her again and will recommend her to anyone looking for a place on the beach.

We had a great time with our family at this house. Super close to the beach, I think we sat outside on the deck for every meal watching the ocean. Dog friendly. The room with the bunk beads was perfect for our kids. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back again.

We Travel to Galveston Annually & love to stay directly near Beach. We Rent different establishments each year to try new locations. Bonus to this Rental was the Big Bay Doors all the way across the Top Deck of the House Coastal Side. The Glass doors gave You the Beautiful Sunrises & Sunsets while getting to watch the Waves. House was plenty roomy and We loved the Neighborhood. Perfect for Our Dogs and Direct Access to the Beach. The Owner was Extremely Helpful!

We spent three wonderful nights here with our two teenagers and our small dog, and we couldn’t have loved it more! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. But close enough to a couple of stores just in case we needed anything. Each morning and evening, we found ourselves on the beautiful covered deck, coffee or wine in hand, watching and listening to the waves. It was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for, and we can’t wait to return!
This deck was our favorite spot! Where we spent time each morning and evening.
We walked on the beach in time for the sunset each night, too.

It was a great rental for our trip with a small family. I loved the covered deck, which allowed for sitting outside and enjoying the breeze without being baked by the sun. The kitchen was big and had some good appliances, cups, and silverware. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was hot. It was just what we needed.

I really love the beach views from the patio. It is very nice to sit outside in the shade and feel the ocean breeze. The easy access to the beach is awesome. I love the privacy of Bermuda beach. This is my favorite place to stay in Galveston.

Great beach house

We absolutely loved our stay. The kids loved the yard and how close we were to the ocean. My wife and I spent every evening on the deck relaxing to the sound of the waves. The host is very attentive and obviously takes pride in this awesome house. Highly recommend and hope to get to stay there again.

The house is nice. It was a little musty smelling but that's to be expected that close to the water. The cooking supplies need to be updated but what was there was sufficient. The owner was amazing and very easy to deal with. She allowed us to check in early since it was Lone Star Rally weekend and the island was very busy!

Great staycation

We live on the island and we rented the property for a staycation for my daughter’s 10th Birthday. We had an amazing time. Communion with the owner was wonderful. Everything went smoothly, I have no complaints. The girls were able to walk on the beach and I could watch them from the deck. I would definitely recommend staying here. I have always loved the neighborhood., very relaxing and serene.

The house was a good size for me my husband and 2 little dogs. The location was good on Burmuda Beach. I loved the view and just a few steps from the beach. If you stay take off the mosquitoes were bad downstairs. They didn't bug us on the balcony.

What a fabulous vacation property! (I loved it so much I kind of want to keep this one a secret!) The kitchen was well-equipped. The deck was wonderful - I spent hours relaxing on the lounge chair and enjoying the view. Very close to the beach and easy to get to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

Great place!

I stayed here with my kids (11-16) and it was perfect! Beautiful view of the ocean from the porch. It was great not having to fight cars for a spot on the beach. We walked back for lunch and left our stuff on the beach. Very clean, easy check in and out. Would highly recommend! Loved the outdoor shower to clean off coming back as well.

After graduating from Ohio State University my husband and I headed to Houston to start our careers and family. Waiting for interviews, we stayed in a tent on the beach in Galveston for a week and loved it! We wanted our four boys to experience beach life, having fun in the sun and exploring the ocean. They fished, swam, kayaked, built sandcastles, found many different shells, shark teeth, and other treasures, played volleyball, kick ball, soccer on the beach.... Now in their 30s they enjoy the restaurants, local bars while still playing soccer, fishing, sunbathing on the beach with their young ones! Wishing your family the same wonderful memories!

Bermuda bungalow is located a few houses from the end of the street. It is a quiet neighborhood, a great place to let children have their fun running around or biking in the street. We have a large yard with GRASS! Which makes it fun to play in after being on the sand all day...

One of the unique benefits of Bermuda Bungalow is the large, covered porch. During the extremely hot days the porch stays cool and has a nice breeze. It has a wonderful view of the beach and a great place to just relax, have coffee in the morning, tea and a good book in the afternoon and cocktail in the evening.
The outdoor shower totally enclosed all sides and offers both hot and cold water. A wonderful way to wash off the sand, take a nice shower while enjoying the outdoor feeling!
