Beautiful quiet beach home, short walk to the beach and EV friendly
A newer two story 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on a quiet street in the Bay Harbor Subdivision. The home has beach views from every room (200 yds from ocean). There are two large covered decks to enjoy the ocean views and crashing waves. You can enjoy sunsets every night from the back deck or get a better view from the 2nd floor deck. The home has a large living room with 10ft ceilings open to the kitchen. There is a 55 inch smart TV with high speed internet in the living room. The island in the kitchen seats 6 and there is also a small breakfast table for two. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen bed on the main floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom (the bunk room) has 3 twins, 1 full and a queen futon. The bathrooms both feature a quartz double vanity. One bathroom has tub shower combo the other is a shower. The ground floor is a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze or shower off in our outdoor shower . Down stairs has an 8ft picnic table as well as a grill. The neighborhood has two boat launches (great fishing), a fishing pier, and a pavilion. What we love about this house is that its a very quiet neighborhood outside the big city. Our house's unique properties are that its higher than most of our neighbors for more privacy and views of the ocean.

Our stay was so beautiful! We loved staying at this property. Everything worked properly, everything listed was available, & it was so easy to acceess the property. Such a beautiful time!
This house was a great place for my family to relax after Christmas. Quiet, close to the beach, lots of pots and pans for cooking, and the kids loved the bunk room.

The house was nice but could use a major clean; we saw a few roaches.The worst part was the smoke alarm or co2 alarm started beeping at 3 am and beeped about 3 times every hour so we checked out early when I really wanted to sleep in

We had a good time. A few things would have made our stay more comfortable such as matches or a lighter for the BBQ, coffee, and some kitchen items like ziplocks, tinfoil etc - for leftover food storage. It does need some updating in the way of house maintenance- the entry way flooring was missing with an attempt to cover it with a rug. The walls need painting as they were scratched up and dirty and all the TV cords were hanging down the walls and exposed. Despite these things, my kids had a great time and have asked to go back again.
We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday. It is a few blocks from the beach but it’s across the street from a busy road so it’s best if you drive to the 2 beach entrances across the street. It does look like the pictures however the entry has water damage due to the leaking front door. The kitchen had what we needed and it was spacious enough for family to join us for dinner. Overall she had a great weekend.

Yes, we had to have the floor replaced and haven't gotten around to replacing the floor covering yet. We did install a storm door to keep out the water. Glad you had a good time. You're right we should mention the busy street in the description.
We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the great amount of space. The ocean view was beautiful and closeness to the beach was a big perk!My children stated the kids’ room with bunk beds were “cozy” and easy to sleep on. I would say the only thing needed was a more noticeable place to put the note about trash day. Overall, this house was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

We decided to buy this property due to the wonderful views and proximity to the beach. It has all the features we enjoy in the home rentals we have used in the past and more. It feels like home to us and we hope you get to relax and enjoy our home as much as we enjoy our home.
What makes this property unique
The double balcony on the home allows wonderful chances to wake up and enjoy the view without waking anyone else in the house. Patio Shower is a great place to rinse off the sand from the beach on your person and toys.
