***The area is currently in a drought and lake levels are low. As of Aug 17th, the dock is not usable. Army Core of Engineers control the lake levels.***

Space and privacy is included with this 'end of the lane' house surrounded by Army Corps land. Lake views from 4 season sunroom. Gentle slope to the private deep water boat dock with jet ski ramp in quiet cove off main Kerr Lake. Playset and grass to play on with lots of indoor and outdoor games. Two story home with 9 beds that sleep up to 12.
