The community also features a playground and tennis/pickleball courts just a short drive away, plus you're only minutes from Clarksville and its charming downtown area.

Inside, the home is ideal for families or groups, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs—a great layout for two families to share! The bunk room includes a fun three-person bunk with a trundle.

No large get-togethers greater than 15 people during the day. No more than the maximum reserved nightly guests allowed overnight.

We had a comfortable and fun stay. The location of the place is beautiful. Right on the water and the deck overlooking the reservoir. It has a fire pit near the water.The community itself is very quiet and safe.

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake. The weather was just perfect for the whole week. The house was in a nice cove and felt very private. We called it the tree house. We had a large group so we were a little crowded. We would definitely stay again with a smaller group next time!

The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The hosts were great with response times for inquiries. The house and rooms were in great condition, the lake was a little low, but you can’t blame the hosts for that. We had a great time relaxing, making s’mores and fishing.
