The house and property were beautiful, extremely clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did not hear any road noise. We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 young children and everyone had a great time!! We had 1 small issue with a toilet seat which was addressed and repaired within the hour. Communication was very easy through the app with response time usually within 5 minutes. We really could not have asked for a better experience and plan to come back next year for our annual Vermont family retreat.

All was well until my wife had a terrible bacterial infection in her eye from the bath tub. We had to go to urgent care, she couldn’t open her eye for 3 days.We were there our 5th year reunion and could not attend it and had to come back. We tried reaching out to the host asking for list of cleaning materials and bath salt used, to consult with our doctors but there is no response. Probably its just AI talking back.

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful area

Only stayed two nights but the house was great for our group of 5 adults. Lots of space, very comfortable and very well equipped. We had a great couple days exploring the Quechee area. I'd happily stay there again if I ever need a space for a larger group in that area.

Overall, it’s a great property. I’m very comfortable for a family. We struggled with the heat a few nights, which is a disappointment, but the rental manager dealt with the issue and it was eventually resolved. The large bathtub was beautiful, but the hot water wouldn’t sustain filling it up for enjoyment initially the house looked clean, but upon further inspection looked like it hadn’t really been cleaned since the previous guest, the rental agency was again prompt about dealing with it and came back and clean the house. Overall, we enjoyed our say it was very comfortable.

Lovely view, but road noise.

We loved this house, it was clean, the fireplace worked, the beds were comfortable. We made ourselves at home. If you're sensitive to road noise the property is right by roads that have cars driving by so you don't get the quiet you might expect from the photo. It also only has a Keurig and I would have appreciated a coffee pot and electric tea kettle. Great view and fall colors though!

weekend with 4 couples

Great house that sleeps many. We had so much fun with the pool table, the ping pong table and the darts. Easy 2 hour drive from Boston. Pretty much right off the highway. The weather was beautiful and we were able to sit outside on the deck. We utilized every room. The beds, pillows and bedding were SO comfortable. 2 things I would say to be aware of: there is no coffee pot! Only a Keurig with decaf coffee. (we left caffeine for the next family) and when you are sleeping downstairs, the walking around upstairs is very loud! Could use more seating in the family room. With that said, I would rent this house again.
