We rented The Mediteranean Villa for my daughters baby shower and it was everything we could have hoped for. A peaceful retreat with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy being together. Toni has put alot of thought into quality, comfort and entertainment. The big lakeside backyard was as beautiful at night as it was during the day with lights that brought the backyard to life. If you are having a girls night, family get together or anything else you will love this home.

The home is beautiful, and the host's communication was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, the peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning views.That said, for a property of this size and price point, we expected a few additional comforts and maintenance items to be addressed. The cookware was somewhat limited, the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, and we noticed cobwebs and a few dead bugs inside the home upon arrival.Given the natural surroundings, some insects are to be expected; however, the property would benefit from a professional extermination treatment. During our stay, we encountered several bird nests, spiders, and wasps around the patio area, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the outdoor space.Overall, Toni is a wonderful host who was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend the property, while encouraging future guests to be aware of the environmental and maintenance considerations noted above.

Hello Amber my apologies for the bugs, warps and birds. Unfortunately your visit came after several days of rain and after the worst season on bugs that we have ever experienced. Extermination is scheduled for today and will continue throughout the year. The house was used primarily for events so we had limited cookware but since we are now open to overnight stay we will purchase new restaurant style cookware. I truly appreciate you sharing your experience to help us create a better experience for future guests. Thanks again and I hope that you will consider us again we are always updating!😁
