The Retreat is a great spacious place ready for its next guests. It is perfect for celebrations, vacations, and allows the opportunity to work from home. It is ideal for travel nurses, healthcare professionals, and students due to proximity to hospital, Brody Med, and ECU; all 10 minutes away. There are also numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping stores within close proximity. You’ll have the entire space to yourself equipped with keyless entry, full kitchen, and a private patio.

This is a non smoking Property. There will be a $200 cleaning fee for guest that smoke in the home.

Perfect place for the marine corps ball weekend. Plenty of room for 4 ladies to get ready. Close enough to salons for hair and makeup!Plenty of space for the guys to hang out while the girls do their thing!

The Retreat is a very nice, well appointed three bedroom unit right in the edge of Greenville in the Winterville community. Very convenient to the medical campus, downtown, great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and whatever else might suit your fancy. The unit was immaculately clean and management is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Excellent hospitality and if we are ever in the Greenville area again it will be our go-to place to stay.

This apartment has 2 designated parking spaces plus a handicap spot directly outside the door which was ideal when my elderly relative came over to say hello. The townhouse is in excellent condition with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean. There is a small strip plaza next door to the townhouse community with a taproom (no food service, just drinks, occassional food trucks), a delicious and affordable Mexican restaurant, and an indoor playspace for younger children. Less than a mile on either side of the community are good restaurants plus two grocery stores.
