Located in desirable Quail Ridge Community within 2 miles of East Carolina University (ECU), 4.5 miles of ECU Health Medical Center (hospital) and close to best restaurants/shopping in Greenville. Beautifully decorated home with luxury vinyl plank and 2-inch wood blinds throughout. Located on the first floor is the king master suite with private bath, double vanity, 43" Smart TV and walk-in closet. The first floor offers 1/2 bath, laundry closet, den/dining area and kitchen. The den has a vaulted ceiling with remote controlled ceiling fan, brick hearth and gas fireplace. The dining area offers a table for six, bar cart and connects to kitchen for easy entertaining. The kitchen has quartz countertops, custom back splash, touchless faucet and new appliances to include a range/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to include a regular and pod coffee pot, Ninja Blender, toaster, wok, stemware, etc. Located off the kitchen is the laundry room with a new GE washer and dryer. Outside the den/dining area is access to the fenced/outdoor patio with gas grill. The patio has a wrought iron table and four chairs. Up 13 steps (landing halfway) are the second and third bedrooms along with a full bath. There is also a small work space with a desk and chair that overlooks the den. There are ample trash receptacles throughout the property for your convenience.

This property was very nicely renovated and very spacious with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well provisioned and we had absolutely everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There are two parking spaces right in front and a patio ourdoors as well. We will definitely stay here again if we need a central location in Greenville!

This place is absolutely perfect when staying for any ECU functions! We stayed for Family Weekend. It is convenient to the campus, the stadium, etc. Check-in was a breeze. It was clean and well-stocked. Check-in/Check-out directions were very clear. Highly recommend.

Great spot for 3 coworkers in town for a conference and one dog. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and from conference center and had everything we needed.

Theis well equipped condo was perfect for our trip to Greenville. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood with good street(s) for walking, close to restaurants and grocery and minutes from ECU. We would definitely stay again.

Visiting Daughter at ECU

My mom and I recently stayed at this beautiful property while visiting my daughter at ECU. The neighborhood is very quiet, and close to everything, including ECU. Upon arriving, the property was extremely clean and we had everything we could possibly need. Carol, was very responsive and we were even told we could check in early. After and 8 hour trip to Greenville, this property sure beat any hotel! I hope to be back for my daughter's graduation with the rest of my family!

Family Thanksgiving

With my three children and seven grandchildren staying nearby at my son’s house, my husband and I needed our own space to rest and regroup in the evenings. The townhome was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location.

Moms Trip

Moms made a trip in town to see ECU sons. Townhome was as described. I did share with the homeowner that it could use a better cleaning after our stay as we found hair balls. It was also quite dusty. She was receptive and said she would follow up on that.

Brendan's ECU Graduation weekend

Property was awesome and I wished I had seen and rented it sooner. My son is a senior at ECU and we have come to Greenville many times and have stayed in hotels before this. Not sure why it's never dawned on me to look into a vrbo before this, but I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay for a weekend. Especially since the hotels in the area increase the rates for special occasions like homecoming, parents weekend and graduation. Thank you Ms. Carol, the house is fantastic!! We'll keep your information handy as our son accepted a full time position at his internship and signed a 1 year lease, so I'm sure we'll be down from time to time to visit him. Thanks again! -Harry.

Beyond expectations

The Rays place was perfect for my daughter’s graduation from ECU. It is conveniently located near campus but just far enough away to avoid the hassles of campus traffic. It feels a lot larger than it looks from the outside and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the property. You are greeted with a welcoming, but not too overpowering, scent and fresh flowers. The space was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to avoid the overcrowded restaurants that come with graduation. I prepared some food (breakfast casserole and vegan taco meat) prior to arriving because you just never know how equipped your rental will be. I could have prepared all meals there because the kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pot and pans, blender, coffee makers, whatever you need to have a home away from home. There was not one thing we could think of our entire stay that we needed. We needed an iron, there was one in the pantry with a small ironing board to boot. TVs in every room so everyone could enjoy their own shows or watch together in the family room. The back patio was cool enough to enjoy despite the Greenville heat. White chocolates and a sparkling bottle of grape juice was even provided to celebrate the graduation. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets intuitively placed where needed. We had such a wonderful experience laughing and fellowshipping that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Rays for all the personal touches!

Why they chose this property

I was pleasantly surprised how convenient this home is to shopping and restaurants along Red Banks Road and Fire Tower Road. It is only 2 miles to the ECU Football Stadium and 4.5 miles to the hospital. It is in the safest area of Greenville according to crime maps.

What makes this property unique

Our property is completely renovated from top to bottom. Luxury plank in all areas, quartz or granite counter tops in kitchen and all baths. New appliances too!
