House is nice and tidy. It has everything as posted. The best part is the short walk to the beach and the gated community. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thanks for the smooth experience.

This house is a prime location if you want to stay in Destin and even though it is getting a little aged, was very clean and well kept. For that reason, I'd highly recommend it on property and vacation value alone.I would recommend to the host to generally be a little more polite and helpful with incoming guest questions through VRBO. Responses were just one word or referred me to some long, drawn-out contract that didn't even answer the actual basic question I would pose, so I stopped interacting after 2 simple questions with the host because it came across as I was bothering them. Additionally, half or more of the light switches throughout the house were taped over so it was a struggle to find switches, while there were handwritten signs all over the home threatening to charge or assess fees if something was out of place or "done wrong". Therefore, you just found yourself worrying about messing something up the entire vacation as opposed to relaxing. If you can handle those oddities about the situation, you are good. Like I said the house and location are objectively fantastic.
