HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR A GROUP OF PEOPLE. Absolutely great house with great amenities. Five blokes comfortably fitted in this house. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay!

Excellent for large groups

Not flash, but a great facility for large groups, clean and tidy with the basics supplied, lots of beds, everything worked fine.

Nice 5 bedrooms accommodation, with good comfortable beds. Linens and towels look clean, There are hand written instructions all over the house. Some rooms do not have anywhere to hang cloths, only beds and bedside tables. A bedroom cabinet or shelves for clothings in each room would be helpful.

Everything we needed was there .... Super Market about 3 minutes around the corner

Realy cosy home....7 off us stayed for 4 nights .... aged all in our 70s had a fab reunion... only thing garden could with a face lift ....thanks Sharon for your friendly help

Perfect home for an quiet stay in Christchurch

Perfect property for our needs of one evening in the city. Plenty of room and beds for 6 people. Sharon was great, she was very responsive when needed. Stars were SO cool to view from the outdoor courtyard/patio area.My ONLY concern was how warm the house was. We did visit during a summer date, but even with the single AC unit on after a few hours, it was still warm in the bedrooms located away from the unit during the evening. Could be helpful for the host / cleaning crew to leave the AC on during the warmer months. Other than this, cute little home and it was a happy stay for us. Thank you Sharon!

This house is quite dated, but provided ample space for our 8 travelers for one night. Checking is was easy, except that the door was very hard to open (took us 10 minutes to get in). The showers fluctuated temperature wildly, and the refrigerator was not plugged in when we arrived with food to put in it. The central location of this house as well as on site parking for 2 vehicles redeemed some of these setbacks.
