Girls trip

Room was nice….some of the elevators weren’t working most of the time we were there. Ice maker on our floor wasn’t working.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the room! That said, I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the elevators and ice maker. That’s definitely not the smooth, convenient stay we aim for, and I’ll be sure to pass this feedback along so the team can look into it. Your input helps us improve, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
