This Spectacular Mountain Home is like new and the perfect spot for your next dream vacation or family gathering. Our 4000+ Sq. Ft. home easily accommodates 2 families with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a spacious loft.

You may not want to leave the home, but if you do……

The Fraser Valley area offers Skiing, Golf, Fly Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Boating, and more. Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Lake Grandby are only a short drive away.

The home is 2 minutes from the 27-hole Pole Creek Golf Course and 15 minutes from downtown Winter Park / Mary Jane, or Granby Ranch Ski areas. Cross-country skiing is available nearby at the renowned Devils Thumb Ski Ranch, and great sledding is available right on the property!

Situated on 4 private acres in Pole Creek Meadows, our home offers tremendous views of the Continental Divide and Indian Peaks from virtually everywhere in the house, especially the big wraparound deck. Wildlife abounds as Deer, Fox, Porcupine, and the occasional Moose are often found wandering through the property.


The home is perfect for gathering; extremely open & bright, and very well appointed featuring:

Great secluded cabin! Super clean and the hot tub was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and the basement area with a ping pong table was a great place for the teens to enjoy.

House is better than the pictures! Gorgeous and has everything you need! We had the best time and we skied at Winter Park. Location is further out than we were used to, but not unmanageable. Great for a group! Would love to go back in other seasons

Beautiful views and a beautiful house! Great amount of space for our family of 10. Easy access to Frasier, Winter Park, Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to use. Wade was great to work with when we needed something. Would highly recommend this property!

Kitchen is well stocked... lots of room for everybody...great hot water - views are fantastic... I think we saw five rainbows on the first afternoon. Saw an elk cow below the house on the road...and could hear elk calling in the still dark hours of the morning. Parking in the 3 car garage is nice. The stars at night are so thick it's crazy. We checked the calendar to see if we could come back for Christmas - but someone beat us to it. I'm sure it will be like a dream for them. We would love to come back.

It was snowing back on the mountain tops and the clouds were shrouding their view.
I have an old iphone with a marginal camera...so imagine the real deal!
The stars were just glorious!

Condition, size, location, views, cleanliness of home all top notch. Had a few small glitches with appliances but owner very responsive/cooperative. Really enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed home for our friends/family get together. Would recommend and stay again.

Winter Park Fun

The house is a exactly as listed…beautiful and spacious and perfect for our extended family of 14. The mountain views and sunrises are spectacular. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A perfect getaway

This is our second time staying at this beautiful and very well maintained home. The lodge checks all of the boxes for us - secluded and private but close to winter park; and very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and we expect to come back again next winter - we just love it.

Perfect Home for Vacation with Extended Family!

Wade’s home was the perfect home away from home for our extended family vacation. We had kiddos of all ages and three couples. The house was setup perfect for both togetherness, with plenty of space to break away, too. We especially appreciated the second living area downstairs and the hot tub! This is an annual trip for us, and we will definitely be looking to stay with here again. Thank you, Wade, for a wonderful home to call ours for a few days!

Fabulous house. Beautiful scenic location. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and cabinet full of spices... We skiied at Winter Park and the drive was about 20 min.

Reliably Wonderful Time at Pole Creek

We've stayed at this wonderful home multiple times. As usual, it was everything we wanted. Our top needs when we vacation are a well maintained, clean home that is secluded and quiet. Oh and a terrific hot tub is also essential, along with a high quality, well stocked kitchen. We keep coming back because we have such a relaxing and rejuvinating time staying here and really value how reliably wonderful this beautiful home is.

Winter Wonderland

Took my family of 11 here for Christmas. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Felt like I was in a winter postcard. It has everything you could expect and more from a high-end property. We did all the winter activities Winter Park had to offer but the most fun we had was at the house.

AMAZING!!!

This property is amazing!!!! It is absolutely stunning. The house and views are beautiful. It was a great space for a group of ten of us friends to gather and spend time for the weekend! Wade was awesome to work with and was very helpful. He even made sure a plow came through and cleaned the driveway so we could get out and go to town! I highly recommend this place!

Simply Outstanding

The truth of the matter is that I really can’t imagine a better place to assemble the family to re-connect and re-charge. The home is large, comfortable and well appointed throughout. It is convenient to activities from hiking to river rafting to golf...and a great deal more that we didn’t have a chance to explore this year. Wade provides clear and concise details on the property, and was easy to contact. Highly recommended...!!

Amazing Getaway

My family has been to the Winter Park area for 5 years now. This property is our favorite. It was just as advertised. The view of the mountains is unbelievable. The property was clean, had plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen utensils/pans/dishes etc. The heated garage was a must have for the winter visit. The host answered all calls/texts immediately. I would recommend this property to everyone who is planning a trip to the area. Absolutely beautiful home!!

Great Stay!

Oh wow! This home was super clean, spacious and beautiful inside and out. Excellent kitchen and plenty of space for our group of 12. Sledding down the drive was a huge hit as were the views from the hot tub where we headed after a day of tubing or skiing. Perfect location near everything we wanted to do. The three car garage was nice for loading and unloading. Wade came through with answers to all of our questions. Great experience! Highly recommend !
