Welcome to Slopeside at Granby Ranch located off of Mamies Way and Stratus Court, a true ski in/out location. Mintues to Rocky Mountain National Park---do many activities, explore or sit and relax, it's your time away!

As featured on Ski Week——-This luxury, contemporary, custom home comes with breathtaking million dollar, panoramic views! A stylish blend of big beams, & elegant mountain modern design come together in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps up to 11. Unparalleled ski, bike and hike out the back door. House decor is sleek and mountain modern with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, steel beam accents, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen.

Granby Ranch is a great family friendly four-season resort with golf, world-class hiking, biking and adventures out the door. Devils Thumb Ranch voted #1 Nordic Cross Country Resort in North America is around the corner. Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort is also nearby with a free shuttle picking up across the street from our neighborhood.

This one of a kind home offers a functional floor plan including an upper secluded master suite with steam shower and soaking tub, a secondary master, bunk room, and the fourth bedroom with twins and a private bath. Four incredible outdoor living spaces including covered outdoor multiple decks! And you get access to the club's outdoor swimming pool and hot tub and athletic gym when you stay in our home, for $10/day.

World-class mountain biking, snowshoeing, sledding, and Nordic skiing are literally steps from the patio. During the summer months, fly fishing and an 18 hole golf course are inside the ranch. Enjoy Lake Granby, Shadow Lake, Grand Lake, Winter Park, and Rocky Mountain National Forest also within 10-25 minutes.

Spectacular home

The house is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The location is unbeatable, with hiking and mountain biking trails just out the back door. We also loved just hanging out on the decks, enjoying the amazing views. We definitely plan to return.

This is a spectacular VRBO. The views are unmatched, the convenience of the ski hill is remarkable and the accommodations are stunning! Comfortable, cozy, spacious, bright, and very clean - every detail has been considered. Fantastic weekend Ski- getaway

We had a group of guys for a bachelor party stay over the weekend. We had a fantastic time on the slopes. So easy to get in and out. We enjoyed the open space and large kitchen. The easiest check-in check out I’ve ever had.

We love the accessibility of this neighborhood from Denver and the Front Range Communities. The views from the home are vast and beautiful every single day, rain, shine or snow. We can leave the house on foot or bike and within 5 minutes can access miles and miles of trails. Within 15 minutes by car, one can experience Winter Park, Devils Thumb Ranch & Spa, YMCA Snowmass Ranch, Granby, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Forest----endless possibilities.
