Welcome to A Turtle's View
Amazing views of the intercoastal Waterway while tucked away on a marsh banked creek. Relax on the deck and enjoy the afternoon breeze. Feeling hungry for some seafood, walk a short distance down the dock and catch your own dinner. Wanting to take the family out on the boat use the boat lift that is provided. You have space to launch paddle boards or kayaks. Bring the fur baby and let them roam the fenced in yard with the kids.
Enjoy sitting on the deck and looking out at the parade of boats and enjoying the wildlife.
- We supply: K-cups, sugar, creamer packets, travel size shower soap set, sound machines, starter paper towels and toilet paper, bed sheets, and a set of towels.
- Pets: We allow 2 pups max (only dogs, sorry!!)
- Sleeps 7
Guests will have access to ALL spaces on the property. The backyard, home and dock are 100% YOURS to enjoy privately during your stay.

Gorgeous stay in coastal carolina

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful rental on the water. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, kayaking, and a few fun beach days. We were able to rent an additional kayak from Topsail Surf and Cycle which they delivered straight to the rent

Great stay in Surf City

The house was a great find for our trip to visit family in Surf City. It had plenty of room for our family including our dogs, who loved the fenced in yard (with a gorgeous view)! Amenities were well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Short family trip

We enjoyed our stay at this very pretty property! Able to fish off the back dock and then head right over the bridge to the pier, beach and a very nice kid-friendly park with playground. The house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Family fun weekend

We had a fun filled weekend getaway with family! The location of the house was excellent! The views were amazing and the dock in the back was spectacular. It was perfect for a laid back weekend enjoying what the coast has to offer. The house was the perfect size for our family. We had 4 adults and two kids, and the beds were probably some of the comfiest beds I've slept in at a vacation home in awhile. The only complaint that I had was the size of the kitchen. It was too small for two people to cook in at the same time. As well as some creepy crawlers that were in the kitchen. Great stay over all!

Turtles view vacation

The bad: The room with the bunk beds got so hot the kids could not sleep in it. The television’s and remotes were confusing and did not work properly. A very tiny kitchen with no dishwasher. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was HORRIBLE. The provided kayaks were missing a paddle and not in good condition. Carpets were badly stained. Cleanliness overall was fair.The good: loved the location. The dock and fenced yard were very nice. The carport in the front yard was a convenient touch. Communication with the management company was very good, they even took the trash out for us on garbage day!

Very cute cottage

This home was decorated just as you would hope for a beach vacation. However, the listing stated it slept 10 with 3 bed & 3 bath. Upon arrival we found there was only two bathrooms (listing since updated I believe). The lower level had a PTAC cooling unit (like a hotel room) which was not able to cool the 1st floor bedroom. There was a desk top fan pointed at the upper bunk in that room but did little to cool the room. The dock in the back along with the fenced yard was great, the view of the ICW and bridge was great.
