Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave garage remote control by entrance table
Run a hot cycle for white towels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties are not permitted. Evidence of parties will result in a $200 fee
White towels are for inside use only. A replacement fee of $10 dollars will apply for any towels with stains. Make-up towels and pool towels provided
If house is not left according to check-out instructions, additional cleaning fee of $200 will be added.
