We are basic natives living here since 1995 longest place we’ve ever lived! Mooresville caught our heart. The small town charm and beautiful lake with a quiet street yet close to the big city of Charlotte! Two hours from the mountains and 3-4 from the beach it’s the perfect place to live. .

Why they chose this property

Living on the lake is a dream and being able to share with people that love it also and want to experience a get away we are so happy to be able to provide a homey yet high quality home is our goal.

As one of the older homes on the lake that has been gutted remodeled and renovated with our own hands we take pride in our hard work and love the way our vacation home has turned out.
