Beautiful Country Farmhouse located on the Auburn Wine Trail. Hot tub, Pool Table, Dart Board, Game Room with Huge Bar. Enjoy the peaceful serenity and breathtaking sunsets every night. Located 3.8 mi from Hidden Falls Regional Park. Visit some of the best wineries and breweries in Northern California. Located in the country, yet close to Auburn, Rocklin, and Roseville.
The space
Beautifully furnished 3-bd 2 bath home located in a private country setting on the Auburn Wine trail. Large bedroom downstairs with a King bed, Large bedroom upstairs with a King bed, and large bedroom upstairs with a Queen-sized Murphy bed. This room has a dedicated office space with a desk and printer. Comfortable Beautyrest mattresses in all 3 bedrooms. Very large game room with a huge bar, pool table, and electronic dart board for hours of fun and entertainment. The game room can be closed off with French doors for an extra room with a queen-size sofa bed. All stainless-steel appliances and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Includes a coffee bar with a regular coffee pot, Keurig, and a French Press. Patio area with a table with 6 chairs, two comfy sitting chairs, and a gas BBQ. Very peaceful location with beautiful sunset views.

This home is on 6 acres. The pastures are surrounded by white vinyl fencing. This type of fencing will not keep dogs contained. There is a fenced area if you would like a place to keep your dog contained while outdoors.

Pets: One dog with a $100 non-refundable fee. No barking, or furniture. We will not be held responsible in any way for anything happens to your pet.
Smoking Policy: No smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping inside the house or there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee.

A wonderful, comfortable house. Enough kitchen ware and appliances that made breakfast easy. It had been years since we played pool, but that changed when we found the pool table in the man cave. A serene location that's not too far from old town Auburn. When you need to take a break, this is the place to go.

The property was beautifully maintained. Easy check in process. The hosts were extra sweet and prepared the house very thoughtfully. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. Great separate spaces for everyone. We really enjoyed our time, and did not need a thing, except maybe firepit. :-)

30th BD Celebration

Several of our family members gathered at this wonderful VRBO to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. Worked out perfect! The big "man cave" room with bar, pool table & dart board was so fun. Really great place & Kim was very accommodating :)

Perfect get-away

We were traveling for our niece's wedding. This property is perfectly located to the wedding venue (Gold Hill Gardens), extended family, and the wine trail. Quiet and serene, clean and comfortable. The hosts (Kim and Luis) answered our inquiry immediately, and continued to provide information and good wishes throughout our trip. They made sure we had everything we needed. Excpetional property and exceptional service. So grateful for their hospitality.

Luis and Kim where excellent. The location was peaceful and quiet. The home, the AC, and amenities were perfect. The pool table took me back to when my grandpa taught how to play. Great family time. Private rental

Overall our stay was great. Hosts were VERY easy to get ahold of and very helpful. We had ordered flowers for a wedding and when I asked about where to get rid of the boxes they did it for us! Beds are comfy, hot tub was clean, plenty of linens. Only downside was the grass in photos was dead this time of year. Bummer for my kids but there was plenty of gravel/patio space.
