Welcome to Greenpoint, Brooklyn! One of the most popular yet chilled neighborhoods in Brooklyn. My apartment is located a 2 min walk from McGolrick Park, 15 min from the G subway line, and 25 min walk from the heart of Williamsburg.
You'll be surrounded by natural light all day with floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living room. The building and apartment come fully furnished with modern amenities as the building is less than 15 years old.
You'll fall asleep to quiet and wake up to the sound of birds. This apartment is literally a little peaceful retreat that's much needed when exploring NYC!
