This is for 7 nights Saturday to Saturday rental ONLY !! No alterations to the listed dates are available. MINIMUM RENTAL AGE is 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is for 6 people.
Coconut Beach Resort; a private quaint tropical paradise right up on the Atlantic Ocean. Watch spectacular views of the sunset from your balcony. Unit has King, Queen, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchen & living room. Heated pool w/ hot tub. Walk to Duvall Street.

My listing is very clear as to the available dates. Please read the listing thoroughly as I will not respond to people asking for any alterations of the dates as listed. This is a full week rental from Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
