Covering approximately 1850 sq ft, this spacious 2006-built condo comfortably sleeps eight across three distinct bedrooms. Tastefully decorated with Tommy Bahama-style rattan furnishings, this home offers a tranquil beach-inspired setting for a perfect getaway.

The living area features a comfortable rattan sofa and three chairs arranged around a cable-equipped TV, all set on sleek ceramic tile flooring. The large sliding doors lead onto a stunning balcony, offering unobstructed views of the bay and plenty of seating for everyone to take in the sunrise or sunset.

Dining is a joy here with a Tommy Bahama-style rattan dining table seating six and four matching bar stools at the breakfast bar. Cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen boasting maple wood cabinets, gleaming granite countertops, and an array of modern appliances including a built-in microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, and toaster.

Relax in the elegant master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, matching dresser and chair, TV with cable, and access to the balcony for a touch of the outdoors. The room also comes with a functional desk for your convenience. The en-suite bathroom is complete with two vanity sinks, granite countertop, garden tub, full shower, and a separate water closet for added privacy.

The second and third bedrooms each feature two full-size beds and a TV with cable, perfect for children or additional guests. A guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower ensures everyone has their own space.

Included amenities are a personal washer and dryer within the condo, wireless internet access for all your digital needs, and off-street private parking with additional guest parking available.

We're looking into the plates to see if we can put something more microwavable into the unit. We often receive reviews of comfort and discomfort from the same beds, although we do regret that these guests found the beds uncomfortable. Loved the property itself.. perfect spot from anywhere we wanted to go. We would have liked the pool to be open later than dusk as we would have liked to swim after dinner. Also the unit didn’t have enough utensils…other than that everything was great!!! We will be back!

Good location close to beach but quiet.

The property was clean and the on-site covered parking was a nice amenity. The unit was equipped with all of the basics, but cooking a gourmet meal would be a challenge with the kitchen equipment. It was an end unit, so it was private and quiet. We liked the location close to the beach but away from the chaos. The location at the south end of Clearwater Beach was nice for accessing points south. The layout was fine with lots of space. The tiny flat screen TVs in the bedrooms were a bit disappointing, though. I can't comment on price/value, as I booked late for a spring break timeframe so I did not have a lot of choices. Overall, I was pleased with the property and would recommend it if the price compares well with other properties that sleep 6 adults in beds. The double beds and hide-a-bed can accommodate more than 6 if the guests are children.

The Harborview Grande units are always popular because they have such a spacious floor plan. What you get for your money is near the top for Clearwater Beach. We try to stock the kitchens well, paying attention to trends and tenant requests. We have even become knowledgeable about the differences in desired goods for the kitchen between the US and European guests. Every now and then, of course, favorite items of a guest are not stocked, which can be difficult to anticipate. The kitchens are large, with a breakfast bar instead of a wall, which allows for water views. Overall a very nice place to stay!

The condo is nice & very spacious. I really liked the size of the rooms. It is comfortable & nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. I loved sitting on the balcony every day watching the dolphins play. The condo is conveniently located to everything. We rarely had to use the car because we were able to walk everywhere. The only downside I saw was the pool area. It is very small & it was shaded a good bit of the day while we were there. It is heated though, so that’s a plus. We enjoyed our stay & have nothing but good things to say about it. First trip to Clearwater was great!

This was a great location for walking to the beach and many restaurants and activities. We really appreciated having a high chair, pack & play, and beach toys and umbrella! The only thing is that we could have used more dishes in the kitchen for the nights we wanted to cook.

Great place, plenty of room

Our family enjoyed our time at the Harborview Grande. It’s right on he harbor, so we could see dolphins from the balcony sometimes in the morning. We liked having the corner condo. Comfortable beds and soft sheets. I would recommend to the owner to get Corelle plates/mugs— something that can be microwaved. Otherwise, kitchen was well-stocked. It is a bit of a walk to get to the beach or most of the restaurants and shops. We were surprised at how busy the traffic was, especially on the weekends. The location at South Clearwater was nice, away from the crowds. We actually preferred to drive across the bridge to Sand Key and pay $5 for the beach there. It was much less crowded and still had bathrooms. We ate at many of the seafood restaurants on Clearwater Beach, and they were all delicious. We also walked to a nearby Italian place called Gondolier that had great pizza and stromboli. Some friends came and visited, and there was lots of space to entertain. Our family really had a great time!

Wonderful property

The condo was wonderful. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The view was beautiful...we watched the sun come up every morning over the bay!! The main strip of Clearwater beach is walkable but we opted to drive a two minute drive to sand key park for a much bigger, less crowded, family friendly part of the beach for our days we spent at the beach. $5 to park but well worth it!!! Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Clearwater.

What a great week for 3 women who needed some R&R! Beautiful property and great location. Would stay there again! Loved watching the dolphins from the balcony and from the pool area. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance or via the Jolly Trolley. Can’t wait to visit again!
