Portage Lakeside Cabins, The Moose Shed

"The Moose Shed" sits just across the driveway from the water. Beautiful views of the lake from the covered porch. The kitchenette includes a gas cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee pot. Each bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed and the upstairs loft features 2 twin beds (bedding is included). This cabin is also equipped with a heat pump/air conditioner as well as a propane gas log stove for winter months. The Cabin shares a beautiful, clean renovated bath house with two full private bathrooms(bath towels provided).

Best Lake Vacation!

The cabin is perfect, property spacious and clean, bath house gorgeous and well maintained. Portage Lake is a quiet area with so much to do. Our second time at this charming property and we'll go again!

We so enjoyed staying at "Portage Lakeside Cabins" for the "Summer Round-Up". Right on the lake for fishing and so close to town you don't miss any event! You will so love the location and the sunsets.

This little house was warm and cozy as we were staying there on a cold October weekend. The house was very clean and everything was as expected. We will be staying there again hopefully in the future!

My husband and son and grandsons loved their stay they said the whole place was very clean and the views of the lake were beautiful! However, when I rented it I thought the cabin had one bathroom but there only a bathhouse which was nice but it is deceiving I feel to list it as one bathroom instead of just listing as bathhouse only. There also was no hot water in the kitchen.
