Welcome to our cozy apartment!
About this space
This private gem is centrally located in South Tampa in a quiet neighborhood. Whether you are visiting any of the nearby theme parks, beaches, college campuses or attending a Tampa Bay Sports game this is a perfect location.
Ideally situated in Tampa's lovely Virginia Park neighborhood, our one-bedroom modern apartment is a peaceful retreat with all the modern conveniences.
There are numerous dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby that are accessible on foot.
The space
Newly remodeled one bedroom and bath efficiency apartment has a private side entrance and parking. You will also enjoy a cozy private patio for your relaxation.
The bedroom is separated from the bathroom with french doors. There is a full bed with a sitting area with a large comfortable lounge chair to view a 32” Roku television. The walls are concrete block between the apartment and the main house and the doors are solid core doors, which I have been soundproofed.
The kitchenette has a Keurig Coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, iron / ironing board, dishes for two.
Guest access
Private side entrance and parking for two cars. There will be a lock box with a key which will be shared with you.
Other things to note
You will have access to two bikes to cruise the neighborhood or to enjoy Bayshore Blvd toward downtown Tampa.
We also will provide two beach chairs and two beach towels for your trips to one of our beautiful beaches.
