Upon entering, the home opens to a spacious modern living space which includes a formal living room, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. You will notice cute Tampa decor throughout, adding a nice, well-thought-out touch. The kitchen features light color cabinets with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Coffee enthusiasts will be thrilled to have a Nespresso machine for their daily fix. A hallway will lead you straight to the home's entertaining game/rec room where you can spend hours playing games and challenging your friends to exciting competitions. Discover an inviting sofa right in front of a smart TV with Sega and PS3 consoles, board games, and a Ping-Pong table. This retreat also cares about remote workers and students. If any of you need to work or study during your stay, the private workroom featuring a working desk, a desk chair, and a monitor will be the ideal spot. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious main bedroom with a huge smart TV and an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have been tastefully updated.

Our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect and close to everything. The house was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. The game / entertainment room was the best. We played ping pong and board games late into the night. And, the big screen TV and large seating area allowed us to all watch football together. I would definitely stay here again.
