A home in a very nice residential community. A visit to this home will make a repeat visit a must. This cozy home is quaint and inviting. The entrance brings you to a warm and welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa, chairs and TV which is great for family and friends to gather. The living room leads to a kitchen well equipped with all the amenities you will need for preparing meals if or when desired. It includes a breakfast bar and a full dining room. A patio door leads to a relaxing deck with outdoor tables and chairs. Enjoy breakfast or an evening dinner on the open deck. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bed room has a day bed which may become a queen size bed or two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own personal charm and character. The home includes two full baths.The back yard with well established trees, a spacious lawn and picnic bench encourages outdoor activities. This house was perfect for us while we helped our daughter move out of her apartment and while we attended her SU graduation. The kitchen was nicely appointed without being cluttered. Beds were comfortable (even for my bad back!). Much better than any hotel experience, and one of the best rental experiences yet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well maintained the house is. The backyard is spacious to throw or kick around a ball. We were in town for a softball tournament and the house is in close proximity to multiple field sites. It’s in a good location as only a few minutes from restaurants and stores. We enjoyed that it is located in a neighborhood so we had somewhere to walk in the mornings. The house is fully furnished so we could make our meals on nights we didn’t go out and relax with some tv. The owners are very easy to communicate with. If we are in town for another tournament we will definitely book here again. If you are looking for a very clean and quiet place, I’d recommend staying here.

We came into town for a family function and to celebrate my Mother's birthday. This was our second time renting this home and we enjoyed it once again. The home was very clean and the host, Daniel, was very accommodating. Even with a slight mix up on my end, he was very gracious with the situation. The communication was easy and any issue was handled quickly. There were some suggestions that I had made from our last stay, and when we arrived this trip, it was nice to see that changes/updates were made from those suggestions. We will definitely book this home again on our next visit. Thank you so much!
