**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
A complete remodel in late 2023. A luxurious mountain getaway nestled at the bottom of Park City Mountain resort. A brief walk across to the largest ski resort in North America. A large king bed plus sleeper sofa offers ample room for 4 guests. On site amenities include underground parking, pool, hot tub, gym, conference room and of course a ski locker. Not bringing a car? No problem! The free city shuttle bus stops directly in front of silver king hotel resort.

This remodeled main floor condo is the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and location, making it an attractive option for those seeking a memorable vacation or extended stay in Park City.

Overall, we had a great stay here in this condo. The location proximity to the ski mountain at Park City can't be beat as you can walk to the chairlifts! The building is quite old and dated, but this unit has been very nicely renovated.

Great location! Close to slopes and ski lift and close to downtown. Bus stop was right outside of building to go to town, Deer Valley or the Canyons. The unit was very spacious with two large full bathrooms. Everything was new and clean.

Great place with amenities and access to snow!

We have stayed at Silver King a few times. Our last stay was one of the best! Place was really nice all the things we needed. Great space tomb relax when not on the slopes. Short walk to lift! Access to public transportation right out front but I enjoy the walk to Main Street! Need groceries that was in walking distance too! We just loved our stay!

The good:Access to slopes and buses were great. Accommodations were very good, loved the amenities. The not so good: Kcup coffee maker would be a nice feature. Mattress was worn out. Overall, We would definitely do it again!

Room was adequate for size. Loved the location to mountain base. Had all amenities in room one would need. Loved having the humidifier.We also experienced some negative things. The washer would not spin well—the clothes were drenched. We put it on just drain/spin cycle and it still didn’t work well. There is also a big hole in the screen of the sliding screen patio door. Many ants were by that door and in the kitchen. It was also a bummer that the hot tub was down 3 of our 5 nights. It is hard to lay these prices when we had these issues.
