Welcome Our Point of View #1, a spacious, beach-front Gulf Shores vacation home located directly on the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Our Point of View #1 welcomes you with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico complete with the sounds of soothing waves and a direct walkway to the beach. 

Offering 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this raised 2-story town home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. Our Point of View #1 features include a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room, all offering sweeping views of the sparkling gulf water. With seating for 8 at the main dining room table and 4 additional seats at the bar, there is plenty of room for the family to sit together for a home-cooked meal. Plus, with family time at the top of your mind, Our Point of View #1 has even more seating on the beachfront deck for a quick lunch. 

Upon entry to the main floor of Our Point of View #1, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, complete with a beachfront balcony. The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the powder room is accessed from the living area. There is a large pantry and laundry closet located just off of the kitchen. Upstairs includes four more bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed, both with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and twin bed in the same room. Rooms three and four share a guest bathroom, accessed from the hallway. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the main living area and every bedroom and a charcoal BBQ grill.

Important Notes: Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Monthly winter guests are welcome. Our Point of View #1 is located on East Beach in Gulf Shores less than one mile from the main public beach area. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Our Point of View #1 is best booked directly through our website.  This home can comfortably fit 2-3 vehicles in the covered carport.

This is a nice place with plenty of space and perfect beach location. Being on the east end was nice as it seemed we had more room on the beach, not as heavily populated, and pretty much a quick drive west to popular restaurants and shopping or a 10min drive east to Orange Beach and Flora-Bama. I would stay here again!

We came down for a volleyball tournament. We were able to fit 5 families. This was a easy place to get in and out. It was also the perfect distance from the beach. Once we stepped out of condo we were on the beach. Will definitely come again!

Excellent view! Everything was lovely! WiFi was not adequate as a few people had to work but made do with personal hot spots. Recommend maybe blackout shades for the bedrooms.

Great location

This was our annual daily beach trip. The house was clean, very easy walk to the beach, and the location was perfect. Short walk to Sea and Suds, which was our favorite place to eat.

We loved it ! You can see the beach from all the windows . We got to see a couple get engaged , had the sweetest young boys stop and help us unload our car . We saw dolphins , Blue Angels and great sunsets . Wish yall could work out a deal with next door for pool access . Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Very nice accommodations and the beds were all wonderfully comfortable. (Coyote Beach Rentals had the most affordable paddle boards and beach toys.) The staff at Kaiser were quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend Kaiser!

Best Beach House Unit on the Beach

This is a great gem for our stay right on the beach!! We had 4 families staying together and it was amazing. The living space was perfect for all of us. Property description was accurate. The house was clean and lots of kitchen space and dish ware and cooking tools were provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Magical

Had a family event near by so booked this house for 8 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful and clean. It is literally a step away from the sand. The views were excellent and everyone who stayed kept talking about how we would book this house again! It had everything we needed for our 4 day werkend stay. The outdoor shower was a great surprise so we could rinse everything/ everyone before going inside. It had plenty of towels and linens. (Lots of places do not). Also so close to restaurants and other fun things. Our only complaint is that we didnt get to stay longer!! The house exceeded our expectations. Kaiser was also so friendly and made the process so easy. We had a magical time!
