The whole house renovation (from studs up) was completed early May, 2026. A Beach Pearl now features an open floor plan in the communal area, with a new kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, beds, and furniture. All new. The garage can still be a garage, but now it can also be a spacious play area or a quiet place to do deskwork. Panoramic WiFi extends to the garage as well as to the large new deck off the back of the house. Two charcoal grills positioned between the screen porch and the deck provide dining alternatives. A game table - or extra dining table seating 4 - is in the living room area off the dining room. Ceiling fans in every room. Outdoor shower off the garage. When you are ready to get out and about, take the short drive to the resort area where you can find restaurants, shopping, and plenty of live entertainment! Walk along the Virginia Beach boardwalk and make sure you stop by 31st Street to see the amazing King Neptune statue. 112 72nd Street is a great home, in a great location, making it the perfect home for your family's beach vacation.
Have a larger family group? This property is often rented with "Atlantic Haven." If you book these properties together, please do not move things from home to home. For example, please do not bring dishware from one unit to the next.

Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
