Location was great - could not be more central! In addition to the beach, there was also the restaurant across the street where it was easy to get takeout or sit in. Wonderful to have 2 dedicated parking spaces to accommodate our local family who came to see us. Apt had nice stock of beach towels, beach chairs, and some sand toys for kids. My boys loved the double bunk beds. We also had nice times as a family in the living/dining space where there was plenty of space to spread out.

Myself and a few cousins had to come down unexpectedly for our grandmother's funeral. This was perfectly settled by restaurant's and an ocean views. Made the trip better for us to hang out after long days. I would stay here again.

Great place in a great location

We had a family reunion nearby and needed overflow housing. We've stayed at several in the neighborhood throughout the years and this is my favorite so far. Great location, AC works great, it has a huge open living room area, and a lot of space overall. Recommend!

This is a lovely house, located exactly where we wanted to be — a block from Chix Beach; easy walking distance to Commonwealth Brewery, good local restaurants, and a convenience store. Well and thoughtfully equipped with cooking pans and utensils, towels, even a pop-up tent (which we didn't have time to use). I hope to return for a longer stay.

The condo was clean with plenty of kitchen items. The host made it extremely easy to check in and out. The ac worked great Parking was directly in front of condo. Location was terrific with easy walk to beach and two wonderful restaurants.

This property was AMAZING! Pictures do not come close to doing it justice. Wonderful view,safe area. A nice outdoor sitting area, beach accessories and everything else in between!!! One of the best VRBO I've have ever stayed in! A true hidden gem!
