Sometimes if you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of dolphins feeding in the emerald waters. The expansive waterfront features an Oceanfront observation deck, tropical gardens, and a very private beach area that is perfect for kayaking and basking in the sun. Adjacent is the open pool, hot tub, and surrounding decks as well as the sheltered Tiki bar and entertainment area. Within the expansive home, you will find a huge open great room with a newly redesigned kitchen featuring high-end appliances and granite counters, all opening onto a full-length screened porch with spectacular open water views. For sleeping, you will find a king bed in the master suite, with a queen and two twins in the other two bedrooms. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, CD, stereo, DVD, wireless high-speed internet access, barbecue grill, hot tub, washer/dryer, 2 kayaks with life-jackets, waterside entertainment area with a large bar, seating areas, and privacy. For boaters and fishermen, there is a boat dock on the adjacent canal and the reef and Gulf Stream are within five miles, with Gulf and backcountry access. You will find all your shopping needs within a short drive, while Key West and all its unique offerings are just 23 miles away. The Miami Airport is about a 2.5-hour drive.
