Desfrutei com a família de alguns dias na Riviera na primeira quinzena do ano e a opção por esse imóvel foi ótima. Tudo corresponde ao que é apresentado no site: apto novo, bem equipado, com ar-condicionado nos quartos, ampla varanda contornando os ambientes e duas vagas cobertas na garagem. O condomínio possui ótima infraestrutura com piscinas adulto e infantil, raia coberta para natação, academia, salão de jogos, spa com sauna e jacuzzis, além de conveniências como bar da piscina, café da manhã, etc. Na praia, bem próxima do local, é reservado guarda sol com cadeiras, sendo mais uma comodidade à disposição dos visitantes. Por fim, cabe destacar a atenção diferenciada do proprietário, desde a contratação da locação até à devolução das chaves, se preocupando com todos os detalhes para melhor conforto dos usuários.

Ótima alternativa na Riviera em especial para famílias com crianças

O apartamento foi uma ótima opção para nossas férias de verão. Uma ótima varanda onde passávamos boa parte do tempo incluindo churrasqueira, mesa de refeições e rede! Sala e quartos amplos com equipamentos e móveis novos. O condomínio tem ampla opção para crianças inclusive em eventuais dias de chuva com piscina aquecida e várias salas de jogos. O proprietário mantém rápida comunicação quando necessário. Pretendemos voltar.
