Ótimo apartamento! Fui com minha familia, 2 adultos e 3 crianças.Pontos positivos: lava louça, maquina de lavar, máquina de secar, varanda com churrasqueira e proximo a praia.Pontos de melhoria: colocar telas nas janelas. Quarto de solteiro e varanda ficam perigosos quando está com crianças. Internet, sinal é muito fraco.

Apartamento novo, ar condicionados novos, bem equipado, ótima localização (fundo com quadras de futebol, areia, tênis, etc) e muito próximo à praia (menos de 50 metros).A barraca sendo tenda também ajudou com crianças.A Sra Aíza sempre ágil e muito flexível no check-in, além de muito educada.Agradecemos muito estadia e com certeza retornaremos em breve.

Feriado na Riviera

Acesso tranquilo com os dados cadastrados e informados previamente. Necessário assinar contrato a parte para este imóvel, e não achei isso muito bom, por ser apresentado somente após o pagamento, acarretando em aceitação compulsória, uma vez que não seria mais possível o cancelamento sem custos. Poderia ter sido informado durante as conversas prévias. Como o processo de assinatura não ficou claro a tempo, a proprietária não o exigiu para esta locação. Vaga de garagem muito apertada. Estacionei uma Tracker e não conseguia sair do carro. Solicitamos ajuda e a proprietária nos alocou em outra vaga, de maneira muito solicita. No apto, praticamente encontramos tudo que precisamos, em termos de utensílios, adaptadores, panos de limpeza, etc. Bem equipado. Ar condicionado do quarto 2 não estava funcionando. Não usamos o quarto e percebemos isso somente na saída, então não nos prejudicou. Ar condicionado da sala faz muito barulho, mas se for possível manter a porta fechada, o inconveniente diminui. Não usamos a academia nem o salão de jogos, mas usamos bastante as 2 quadras de tênis, em excelente estado de manutenção, e com o apoio necessário (cadeiras, sombra, bebedouro, etc.) Piscina bem cuidada, não usamos durante a estadia mas estava limpa e praticamente vazia, mesmo num feriado. Próximo a praia, praticamente uma quadra, e serviço de praia comumente encontrados nos condomínios da Riviera.

Imóvel excelente, espaçoso, ótima localização, totalmente equipado. Proprietária muito atenciosa. Único senão são as vagas da garagem: 2 vagas mas para carros pequenos.

Excelente localização, funcionários do prédio educados e prestativos.O imóvel é completo, com cozinha bem equipada, banheiros e demais dependências confortáveis. Pontos a melhorar: internet muito fraca, garagem muito apertada e colchões do quarto onde tem a cama beliche muito ruins. Nada que não possa ser plenamente resolvido. A proprietária, Sra. Aiza é uma excelente anfitriã, muito atenciosa, cordial e sempre pronta a atender e solucionar dúvidas. VOLTO PRA LÁ , COM CERTEZA.
