Our house is newly remodeled and has a modern, traditional charm.
4 bedroom/2 bathroom offers everything you need for.

Master bedroom with a smart TV, King bed size and walk in closet with fully bath.
Second bedroom, with a Smart TV, California bed size and closet.

Third bedroom, Queen, bed, size and closet, bed size and closet.

Fourth bedroom, queen, bed, size and closet

WiFi, and fully loaded Smart TVs in the Master bedroom and living room.

Our property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many families. We kindly request that all pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor activities end by 9:30 PM to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.

STAY CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AHEAD OF TIME TO DO SO. THERE IS AN

The pool and spa heater is remotely operated on a smart device by the host.
the pool will be heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that it can take up to 10-15 HOURS to heat the pool to 82 degrees, especially if it is cold outside. Fees must be paid before heating can commence.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all the used towels. Wash all the used dishes. Take the trash out, make sure to put the trash in the Gray trash Cart, and the recycling in the Blue Cart please.
Don’t wash the towels and the sheets please. turn the AC or the heat, and all lights OFF at the check out. Make sure to lock the main DOOR when you done checking out.
Guests who wish to check out late can make arrangement ahead of time to do so. there is an additional charge of $50 per 20 minutes after 10AM
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely beautiful home! Lots of space! Amazing kitchen with very large island to use for cooking and eating! Large backyard with outdoor pool and hot tub. Lots of areas to relax outside and eat with family. Very nice neighborhood!

Great view and a great house!

My family and I stayed at this property while on spring break. I read through all the comments before booking and the host definitely addressed everything in earlier comments and we had no issues at all! The house has an amazing view, it was a great size for our family of 4, the pool is big and you are 15 minutes from San Diego! The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for beach and restaurants! We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to San Diego!

El Cajon charmer

Super clean house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our adult family of seven, though one of the bedrooms was actually a small office with glass panes on the sliding door. Outdoor area was lovely and had plenty of seating. The pool was fabulous! We cook most dinners when on vacation, and the large kitchen equipped with two ovens, sinks, and dishwashers made cooking/clean up easy. The fry pans need replaced as the Teflon surfaces showed a lot of wear and tear. We suggest supplying an electric skillet and a large crockpot for future guests who cook at home; both of those items would have been helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our week long stay and appreciated the owners’ polite, prompt responses. Thank you :)

Lovely home with some difficulties

The home was indeed lovely, clean with a nice pool. However, we ran into issues from day 1. WiFi refused to hold. Tv and internet were in and out the entirety of our stay, despite the renter stopping by unannounced to try and help. This caused major issues for me working remote. The kids were disappointed in the interruption of their movies in the evenings. Come to find out there is a renter friend literally steps from the backyard and pool, which made us feel like we didn’t have complete privacy. My wife prepares large meals for our family and found the kitchen inadequately stocked. Nothing to measure with, pots in poor shape. We ended up buying several items to use. The pillows are bricks. We went out and bought some of those as well. For the cost of the property you would think 2 ply tp and paper towels would be standard but they weren’t. No washcloths. Possibly the most frustrating was the owner refused to leave the hot tub on for the majority of the day. He wanted us to communicate through VRBO what hours we wanted it and then it took nearly 2 hours to heat up. We negotiated the daily rate down but were hardly able to use it between the heating time and refusal to leave it on for a good chunk of the day. On the last night a huge rat ran out from under one of the outdoor sofas, happy we didn’t see him until the end. Just felt as if owner isn’t really into the renting of his home. It is for sale.
