Located just 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Park City and an easy 10 minutes from Downtown , the University of Utah, Primary Children’s Hospital and the U of U hospital. An easy walking distance to Sugarhouse Park, Allen Park, Westminster University ... ample, convenient shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Close access to I-80, I-15, and I-215 freeways and 30-40 minute drive to the ski resorts. Mass transit around the corner is a short walking distance from the house.
This property is replete with extraordinary furnishing and lush bedding which will satisfy the most discriminating guests.

You will enter on the Main floor with open spaces that include the kitchen with walk-out deck, sitting area, built in dining table, living room with a Frame TV, half bathroom, and den/office with large TV.************

After using the hot tub make sure it is turned down to 90 and replace the cover on top.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no pets. If you are found to have a pet staying on the property you will be immediately removed from the property and will fined $1000.
Do not move furniture. Any furniture moved will result in a fine as we decide
If any additional people are visiting the property we will need to get their names and contact information
