Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Intimate and comfortable mountain getaway

Close enough to Breckenridge to be convenient, far enough away to feel like you are deep in the woods. Who loved staying here. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was hot. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to use. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Getaway

House was great. A few cleaning items, wrappers missed under couch, cobwebs behind doors, nothing major. Kitchen was very well supplied. Unfortunately the fireplace quit working but maintenance was pretty quick and tried to fix it, but couldn't during our stay. Quiet neighborhood away from town, but just a short drive to town and skiing. Enjoyed the peace and hot tub!

Great Stay

Definitely try to arrive in daylight hours, because finding it the first time would be tricky in the dark. Google maps says to take a right onto the street, but it's really take a right, and then another quick right. It's also uphill, so 4WD was needed. There was a house being constructed right next door during our stay, and I would have liked to have been informed before renting. Because of heavy snow, they had to take a break, so it worked out. Small things about the house - someone needs to go check lightbulbs and batteries in remotes, and the master bedding is really hot. It would have been nice to have something lighter weight with the option to pull the big comforter over just in case. The supplies provided for the kitchen and laundry were good, and the hot tub was great. It was a just a short drive into Breckenridge, and we were glad to not be in such a busy spot. The house is in a beautiful setting, and we enjoyed walking in the roads as they were barely used. The snow clearing trucks were prompt though.

Great stay

Great stay, just a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge, but close enough to enjoy all Breck has to offer. Saw a couple moose and fox in the back yard. Just a great stay!
